Welcome to my first weekly blog post! I am so excited to start this crazy journey with you all, and give you an insight as to what my everyday looks like! I think it is super exciting that all these thoughts and ideas can now be shared with you guys hehe:) Thank you for coming to read yet another post!!!

Let’s get up n’ running!

Sooo as everyone knows it is MONDAY. ick. <<< Is usually what we have to say when we hear that haha! Waking up this morning I felt a little more tired than usual, and honestlyyy getting up did NOT sound like a fun option eek. This was not my first tough morning, but lately I have really started to realize WHAT AN IMPACT a good morning can do! This weekend I slept in until around 10 AM, thinking it was going to give me some extra z’s and truly give me a “refresh” to the day; uhmmmm was absolutely wrong. Mornings are such a FAB prompt to the day! I felt very sluggish and had to really, really motivate myself to get things done:///

In saying this, my morning routine has absolutely evolved since I decided to make some major changes in my habits. BTW>>>Jt Sudderth was a big inspiration for this morning routine of mine:) To get ahead of both your fitness and nutrition goals-get real with him. He has seriously got me started on some amazing habits! His Instagram is linked below;) Anywhooo, YES! Waking up, eating a good breakfast, getting that work going RIGHT when you wake up, will ultimately prompt you for a much better day.

But HEY! In any way, shape, or form, you decide what is the best general routine that gets your blood running early! Sometimes I will even have personal dance parties to get me WOKE; these include big fuzzy socks, HYPE music, and HYPE energy. Even if you have to fake it til’ you make it. Anything that you feel will prompt your day, ESPECIALLY THIS MONDAY…you do it! I know personally, when looking back on my day, I always feel more satisfied when I get more done! Doing all these activities in the morning can establish great energy and overall productivity for the rest of your day!!!

To sum things up for this MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY blog, change the narrative! Get hyped, get wired, get excited for things you dislike the most! This will set you up to fake it til’ you make it, giving you some good self discipline to get your priorities done! Make this Monday have some real FRIDAY energy.
